The BOXABL Casita is built to Nevada’s TOUGH Residential Building Codes. It is fully approved, and comes complete with the State of Nevada seal. BOXABL casitas are NOT mobile homes or tiny homes.

The BOXABL Casitas require expert installation to ensure quality and safety. ONLY BOXABL Dealers who have successfully completed the installation training course are authorized to install a casita and have a “Preferred” badge attached to their listing on the BOXABL Directory.

We will handle everything from the preliminary site plan, site survey, permitting, site preparation, and installation. There are many details that need to be carefully planned and executed for a successful installation.
As an authorized BOXABL dealer we will be able to provide you with the required foundation details for your project following the site survey. The Casita is a versatile structure that can be mounted on different types of foundations, including piers, concrete slabs, or stem walls. Casita demands minimal support and can be easily mounted on any chosen foundation using our specialized connection plates. The selection of the foundation can be tailored to suit your local conditions and soil type. Moreover, the Casita’s sturdy floor guarantees a stable and secure structure.
