On United Restoration led design/build projects, project management is structured so that the owner works directly with us as the general contractor who, in turn, coordinates subcontractors. When United Restoration is your design/builder, the architect, engineer, architectural technologist or other professional designers are retained directly by us for your benefit. A partnership or a joint venture between a design firm and United Restoration may be created on a long-term basis or for a single project only.
